How to Solve a Binaro Puzzle

The rules of Binaro are extremely simple: fill in each square on the grid with either a 1 or a 0 in such a way that (a) there are never more than 2 of the same kind consecutively, either horizontally or vertically and (b) every column and row ends up with the exact same number of 1s and 0s. Each puzzle can be solved using only spatial logic and reasoning. Good luck!
